Only a week to go until our Winter Fair on Friday 21st November. We will be celebrating our vibrantly diverse community with an International Day theme. Children can come dressed in traditional outfits, bring flags, and get ready for a fun-filled day! The fair will run from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the downstairs hall and outside, weather permitting. This is a cashless Fair
Tokens / Card reader
We will be using tokens for purchases at the fair. Tokens (50p each) will be available to buy from the school office starting Monday 17th November, and will also be available for purchase on the day of the event. A card reader will also be available for those who wish to make purchases by card. Those who wish to buy tokens with cash. Please bring the exact money to purchase your tokens.
Raffle
We will also be holding a raffle, with tickets available for purchase on the day. If you are able to donate a raffle prize, please send it in as soon as possible.
Contributions Needed
Thank you for the donations you’ve already sent in.
We would be grateful for donations of the following items:
| Food | A variety of dishes, including vegetarian options, breads and cakes. (Please note: no pork products and please include the ingredients) |
| Lucky Dip Prizes | Small toys, party bag fillers, and other fun surprises. |
| Drinks & Refreshments | Juice, water, squash, and similar beverages. |
| Gifts | New items such as stationery, toiletries, candles, jewellery, or other suitable gifts. |
Collection and Dismissal on Fair Day
Years 1 to 6: Children will return to their classrooms at 3:20 PM to collect their belongings and will be dismissed as usual at 3:30 PM. After dismissal, children are welcome to continue enjoying the fair with their parents/carers until it finishes at 4:00 PM.
Nursery (full day) and Reception: Children should be collected at 1:55 PM so parents/carers can enjoy the fair with them. Nursery children who attend in the morning only, will finish at 12noon as usual.
