What a great way to celebrate science in our school! We celebrated ‘World Science Day’ and it was a huge success! Pupils were inspired throughout the day and there were curious minds everywhere! They loved trying out the wide range of experiments at the ‘Mimi Science Fair’, held in the Hall. They were fascinated with fake snot, chromatography, finger printing and static electricity, just to name a few. Their eyes were wide when they examined the skin of a snake and caterpillar under the microscope. We had craters crashing into the moon and ‘Elephant Toothpaste’ exploding right before our eyes.
Our learners enjoyed dressing up as ‘Scientists’ for the day and they showcased their creative Home Learning ideas with the rest of the school. It was a day filled with awe and wonder!
Thank you all for your amazing work! Please check out some highlights from the day.
