It is Safer Internet Day today, however, keeping children safe is an everyday job and that includes online safety. We all know how hard it is to stay up to date with the latest trends, apps, challenges and technology. At Holmleigh school we want our children to be safe at school and at home online, and the UK safer internet centre is an invaluable resource for both teachers and parents.
UK Safer Internet Centre says,
“As a parent or carer you play a key role in helping your child to stay safe online.
You don’t need to be an expert on the internet to help keep your child stay safe online. Our advice and resources are here to support you as you support your child to use the internet safely, responsibly and positively.”
