Spanish

In line with the rest of Hackney, the modern foreign language we learn at Holmleigh is Spanish.

All children in Key Stage 2 have a weekly Spanish lesson, in which they learn about Spanish language through engaging activities, songs and games.

Although non-compulsory all children in Key Stage 1 and Foundation Years also have 30 minutes of Spanish lessons per week. Lessons are taught through mainly songs and games.
