Kevin Ward Co-opted Governor

I retired as Head Teacher of Holmleigh School in December 2022, having been Head since September 2000.

I enjoyed my time at Holmleigh immensely, and feel proud of the achievements of the school over the period, especially in terms of the broad sweep of experience and opportunity that Holmleigh children and families

benefited from.  I joined the Governing Board as a co-opted member in July 2023.

Though retired, I am very happy to retain my links with the school on a voluntary basis, and feel that I can contribute my knowledge and experience to the ongoing success of the school. Holmleigh has been for many years a high expectation, high achieving community school, with a strong commitment to a broad ambitious curriculum. I look forward as Governor to helping continue this work.
