Hi all

I was elected Parent Governor of this OUTSTANDING primary school September 2021.

I was surprised and extremely flattered to be put forward by the parents (mostly that of year one). I have had a child at the school since 2014.

I’ve been working in and out of roles in education since the turn of the century.

Starting with primary education.

Mentoring, youth work generally.

I have been a TA since 2012 and have been supporting children and vulnerable adults until my most recent appointment.

I am currently employed at Kestrel House School, starting my second year. Kestrel House is a specialist school for autism. It is an extremely well run establishment, top down and has just been awarded OUTSTANDING by OFSTED.

I’m looking forward to the coming year.
