03 Mar World Book Day Open Library Event @ Holmleigh Thursday 6th March
Thursday, 6th March, is World Book Day! Following last year’s success, we are once again hosting an Open Library event, where parents and carers can drop in and enjoy the library with their children.
Each class has an allocated time slot. If you have children in different classes, you are welcome to attend either session and bring all your children to the library. Nursery afternoon children may attend in either the morning or afternoon.
Our Holmleigh Reading Champions—Zac (Y6), Dalal & Khamoy (Y5)—along with our librarians and Miss Angie, will be there to assist.
Library session times:
- 9:10 – 9:40 am Nursery
- 9:40 – 10:10 am Reception
- 11:00 – 11:30 am Year 1
- 11:30 am – 12:00 pm Year 2
- 12:00 – 12:30 pm Year 3
- 1:40 – 2:10 pm Year 6
- 2:10 – 2:40 pm Year 4
- 2:40 – 3:10 pm Year 5
On the day, please enter through the main entrance and sign in at reception.
